Welcome to our monthly group wellness coaching events! 

We are excited to embark on this journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and well-being with you. These sessions are designed to be your guiding light on the path to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

Each month, we’ll come together to explore a specific theme that is vital to your well-being. These themes encompass various aspects of your inner world, helping you unlock your full potential and find peace in the hustle and bustle of life.

Our upcoming sessions will focus on:

Compassion  : We will guide you in minimizing self-critical thoughts and teach you how to become more self- compassionate.

Happiness : We’ll explore the art of acknowledging without dwelling on regrets, understanding how to live in the present moment, and cultivating a positively future-focused mindset.

Perfectionism  : Discover how to find joy in your life’s achievements and release the pressure of unattainable perfection.

Motivation : Learn to differentiate between low mood and tiredness, and challenge any negative self-perceptions related to laziness or inadequacy.

Emotional Agility  We’ll help you shift perspectives and embrace curiosity about your emotions, empowering you to face difficult emotions with courage and compassion.

These sessions aren’t just about us – they’re about you. We take inspiration from your needs and desires. If there’s a specific area or theme you want to work on, these group coaching sessions provide an opportunity to have your voice heard and to feel the support of a like-minded community.

In this group environment, you’ll experience a sense of belonging, where the common goal is personal transition and positive change. Our small group coaching format encourages creative exploration, deep listening, and thoughtful reflection. Each session also incorporates mindfulness practices and meditation to ensure that your wellness coaching experience provides you with relaxation, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose.

COMPASSIONATE HEART

This half-day wellbeing session will leave you feeling inspired and ready to make changes in your life for the better. The power of being a part of the group will help you feel supported and heard.

What will happen on the day?

The first part of the session will focus on understanding what compassion means to us.
You will begin to discover how to become more self-compassionate and learn how to turn the volume down on your own critical voice. This involves learning a method which will help you to navigate stressful situations in your life in a more measured way. This session will end with an emotion-system mindfulness practice that compliments the method you have just experienced.

Break

After the break Carol Watson will be guiding you into the ‘Sanctuary of the Heart’ with Heart-Hearth meditation.
Heart-Hearth will assist you to review and change old beliefs with compassion for yourself while lifting and lightening you up.

We end our session with each person tuning in to an image of an ‘Aura-Soma’ equilibrium, colour bottle, which just might be a little revelatory.
